New to crypto? No problem. This guide takes you from zero to paid using an app you may already have on your phone — Cash App, PayPal, or Coinbase.

Buy a little Bitcoin
Open Cash App, PayPal, or Coinbase and buy Bitcoin with your debit card or bank — a few dollars over your order total.
Scan our QR code
At checkout, choose Bitcoin. We show a QR code, the address, and the exact amount. Your price is locked for ~15 minutes.
Send & you’re paid
Tap send in your app. The order confirms automatically in a minute or two and you get an email receipt. Done.
Checkout that just works
Card networks often flag wellness and botanical purchases — awkward declines and orders put on hold. Paying with Bitcoin skips all of that: your payment comes directly to us, privately, with no middle-man, and it clears in minutes.
Brand-new accounts and brand-new debit cards sometimes have a short hold — a few hours up to a couple of days — before an app will let you send Bitcoin to an outside wallet. If it’s your very first time, buy your Bitcoin a day before you want to order. After that, it’s instant.
5 golden rules
- Use a debit card, not a credit card. Most credit-card issuers block crypto buys or charge big “cash advance” fees. Debit (or bank) is cheaper and just works.
- Always pick “Bitcoin (BTC)” as the network. If an app asks which network to send on, choose Bitcoin / BTC — never “Lightning,” “BEP-20,” or anything else.
- Crypto payments can’t be reversed. Double-check the address before you send. The safest way is to scan our QR code so there’s nothing to mistype.
- Let the app cover the network fee. Keep a little extra Bitcoin in your balance so the small miner fee doesn’t leave your payment short.
- Our checkout has a timer. The price is locked for about 15 minutes. If it expires, just refresh for a new quote — no harm done.
Which one should I use?
All three work and all three let you send Bitcoin to us. Pick whichever you already have, or whichever sounds easiest.

Cash App
A Buy your Bitcoin
- Open Cash App and tap the Money tab (bank icon, bottom-left).
- Tap the Bitcoin tile, then press Buy.
- Pick a preset, or tap … for a custom amount (a few dollars over your order, to cover the fee).
- Confirm your payment source (debit card or balance).
- Enter your PIN or use Face/Touch ID, then Confirm. Bitcoin appears instantly.
- First time only: verify your identity when prompted so you can send Bitcoin out.
B Send it to us
- On the Bitcoin screen, tap the paper-airplane icon, then Send Bitcoin.
- Tap the QR-scan icon and scan the code on our checkout page (or paste the address).
- Enter the exact amount from our invoice; make sure your balance covers it plus the small network fee.
- Review the address, then swipe to confirm. Return to your order screen.
PayPal
A Buy your Bitcoin
- Open the PayPal app and tap Finances (or Crypto).
- Tap Bitcoin, then Buy.
- Choose an amount and set it to One-time. Buy a little more than your order total.
- Tap Next, pick debit card or bank (no credit cards), and review.
- Tap Buy Now. The Bitcoin lands in your PayPal Crypto balance.
- First time only: complete identity verification if prompted.
B Send it to us
- Open your Bitcoin balance and tap the Transfer arrows, then Send.
- Choose Send to an external wallet / crypto address.
- Scan our checkout QR (or paste the address). Confirm the network is Bitcoin (BTC).
- Enter the exact invoice amount, review, and confirm.
Sending crypto out of PayPal is free except for the standard Bitcoin network fee, and US accounts can send up to $25,000/week. Note: PayPal Purchase Protection does not apply to crypto, so always double-check the address.
Coinbase
A Buy your Bitcoin
- Download Coinbase, create an account, and verify your ID (a quick photo — required before sending).
- Tap Buy, then Add a payment method and enter your debit card or link your bank.
- Tap Buy and choose Bitcoin.
- Enter the dollar amount (a little above your order total) and pick your debit card.
- Tap Preview Buy to see fees, then Buy Now.
B Send it to us
- Tap Send & Receive, then choose Bitcoin.
- Tap Send to a wallet address, then the QR-scan icon — scan our checkout QR (or paste the address).
- Enter the exact invoice amount; keep a little spare BTC for the network fee.
- Confirm the network is Bitcoin, review the address, and tap Send now.
Debit-card buys carry about a 3.99% fee but are instant. Bank (ACH) transfers are cheaper but take a few days, and freshly-bought crypto may be held briefly before you can send it — so buy a day ahead the first time.
Paying at our checkout
This is the part everything was leading up to — and it’s the easy part. Once your Bitcoin is ready in your app, here’s exactly what you’ll see.
- Add your items to the cart and go to Checkout. Fill in your shipping details as usual.
- For payment method, choose Bitcoin / Pay with crypto, then place your order.
- A payment screen appears with a QR code, a Bitcoin address, and the exact amount to send (shown on the right). A timer locks your price for ~15 min.
- Open your app, start a Send Bitcoin, and scan the QR code — it fills in the address (and often the amount) for you.
- No scanner? Copy the address from the page and paste it into your app, then enter the exact amount.
- Send it. The page updates to “Payment received / confirming.”
- Wait a minute or two for the network to confirm. Your order flips to Paid and you get an email receipt. Done!
Bitcoin addresses are long strings of letters and numbers. Don’t type one by hand — scan the QR code (or copy-paste) so there’s zero chance of an error. Crypto payments can’t be undone.
Quick troubleshooting
| “It won’t let me send Bitcoin out.” | Your account or card is likely in a short new-user hold. Finish identity verification, then wait a few hours to a day. Buying ahead avoids this. |
| “My credit card was declined.” | Crypto can’t be bought on most credit cards. Use a debit card or your bank / app balance. |
| “The amount I sent looks a little short.” | The network fee came out of your send. Keep a small extra buffer and send the exact invoice amount. If it underpays, contact us and we’ll sort it out. |
| “Which network do I pick?” | Always Bitcoin (BTC) / on-chain. Never Lightning, BEP-20, or any other network. |
| “The checkout timer expired.” | Refresh for a new QR code and price lock. Nothing was charged. |
| “How long until my order ships?” | As soon as the payment confirms (usually 1–10 min), your order is paid and enters our normal fulfillment queue. |
